\\VIP ADMISSION

Overnight V.I.P attendees must go to the registration point from 10:30 am till 1:30 pm to make sure they can access their tents and drop off their belongings. While other V.I.P attendees can register from 10:30 until 2 pm

 

\\SET TIMES

Access to the festival will be allowed from 1:30 pm, however, most activities will begin at 2 pm. From 2 pm till 12 am most booths will be open and working. Performances will begin at 4 pm and end around 2am. Re-entry is only allowed from 6 am.

The festival must be empty by 11:30 am the second day.

 

 

\\TRAVEL OPTIONS

 You can reach the KALON festival by car, by Airport-Bus, by taxi, or by boat (by boat you must then grab a 5 minutes bus ride to the festival).

 

 

\\FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE

Even though Kalon does not provide shuttles, Kalon is partnering up with Uber to get discounted rides from/to the festival, by just using the code "KALON" you can get up to 50% discount depending on route. Taxis will be circulating the festival area in case needed.

 

\\LOCKERS

Lockers will only be available for V.I.P attendees and will be situated at a booth close-by the tent area. If a locker is needed for a not V.I.P attendee, the locker will be charged at a price of $10 per day.

 

 

\\RE-ENTRY

Re-Entry is only allowed for re-entry ticket owners and only if the ticket is shown at the entrance. Re-entry will be allowed from 6 am. 

 

 

\\TICKETING

To retrieve your ticket you must go to the registration point, register, collect your ticket and charge your payment card (your ticket). Each ticket is a one person customized ticket with I.D and payment abilities. Your ticket must be shown for entry, access to the stage area, payments and much more.

 

 

\\TICKET AVAILABILITY ON SITE

KALON festival tickets can ONLY be bought on our KALON website. Any ticket bought from other websites are fakes and will not be accepted.

 

 

 

\\TICKET CARDS

Your ticket will come in a card form that can be used for I.D, Alcohol purchase, payment. Payment at our festival can only be completed through your KALON Ticket Card.

 

 

\\ENTRY & SECURITY

Entry will only be allowed with a ticket from 1:30 pm. To enter every guest must go through security checks, and bag checking (please check what object are prohibited) If any prohibited objects will be found they will be confiscated. First-Aid tent will be displaced by the booth area. Multiple security guards will be looking over the festival. 

 

 

\\ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Alcohol will only be distributed to 21+ attendees that have the appropriate card passes

 

 

\\WEATHER

The mild temperature throughout the day and night and the slightly windy area are the perfect weather for our Festival. Sunny weather and no rain are expected on our two weekends-festival.
